A water filled day

We had a wonderful trip to Morgan Run!!!!!
The fearless Harmony led Summer not only right onto the trailer, but also through the fields, the woods, and the river!!!!
Neither of them could have been any better.
Who would have thought that I could have so much fun on a newly turned-3 year old!
This was Summers first field trip. Normally, taking babies on their first outing can be exciting, or at least interesting, not in this case! I had a wonderful relaxing morning trail ride!
When we came back, we gave both the girls baths. Summer still has a small phobia of our wash pad and the noise that the hose makes. We got very creative, and gave "wash stall" a whole new meaning, with the hose in the barn. I would describe it, but it would sound nuts. It worked and Summer very happily received her first shower, instead of a sponge bathe!


In other news....
Katie Cindric ended 4th at Loch Moy!!!! She completed every event, went clean in both XC and SJ, and received a ribbon at all 3 events, so we will see how she ends up for the Maryland spring horse trials series!!!!

Callie was good today. Beast will come out of her mini Vacay tomorrow.
If anyone is interested in seeing Callie's photos from Loch Moy, they are under the name "Mary Ludlam". I'm not sure why, but I do always seem to be the person that is filed under another persons name.

Callie will be going to Fred Webers tomorrow for a dressage lesson.
I have a busy day tomorrow. Friday afternoon will be busy also since today's lessons have been rescheduled, in addition to the lessons already planned.
Saturday is our DARENTH FARM SHOW.
We will be sporting our new yellow and blue polo's and tee shirts!!!
We will have amazing food and an amazing time!!!!
Maggie is going to do her first show!!!!!

Speaking of first shows, Summer plans to do some of the dressage fix a tests at Waredaca.
First, she will go on Monday for a lesson with Vanessa!
